I visited the office for the first time on 12/4/17 after living with a rotten molar for a year. Within minutes of being greeted by the knowledgeable, courteous and approachable front end staff, I was examined by Dr. Lea Planzos in one of many modern and clean examining rooms where the solution to my malady was quickly determined. I was offered two options: a root canal or extraction. Within two hours, the molar, as well as an impacted wisdom tooth incased in my gums, were removed.
Dr. Planzos talked me through the process before and during the procedure and always paused to address my questions. Her Post-Op instructions were thorough, and I returned home with a bountiful self-care kit. At home, I bled more than expected and was welcomed back into the office where Dr. Planzos, along with her colleague (and father) Dr. Charles Planzos, diligently focused on my needs and insisted I stay until a clot formed. Honestly, I felt very welcome and comfortable doing so.
